Nectarine With Yoghurt & Honey
This healthy nectarine recipe is a perfect summer breakfast or snack.

- 1 large nectarine (washed)
- 3 tablespoons natural yoghurt
- 2 teaspoons honey
Stop your screen turning off
Turn your nectarine on its side and use a sharp knife to cut around the circumference, letting your knife go around the stone.
Now twist the two halves of the nectarine in opposite directions whilst gently pulling them apart.
Remove the stone and discard.
Cut your nectarine into bite-sized chunks and arrange on a small plate.
Spoon your yoghurt over the top.
Now drizzle your honey over the yoghurt and exposed chunks of nectarine.
Serve immediately.
- If you can't get Turkish yoghurt, Greek yoghurt will do the same job.
